Jim Beam Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced by the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. It is the world's best-selling bourbon whiskey, and has been made according to the same family recipe since 1795.
 
Jim Beam Bourbon is made from a mash of 51% corn, 34% rye, and 15% barley. The mash is fermented with a sour mash starter, and then distilled in a continuous column still. The distillate is then aged for at least four years in new, charred oak barrels.
